From my cyanotype studies, comes a limited edition, holiday dishtowel!
Flowers of the Grand Mesa. Stunning Indian Blanket, Globe Mallow, Asters, Yarrow, Columbine and Lupine.
What is a Cyanotype? Cyanotype is a technique that involves laying an object on paper coated with a solution of iron salts before exposing it to UV light and washing with water to create stunning white and Prussian / indigo blue images.
These are some of my studies. I collect local wildflowers and press them from our hikes, walks and adventures, and these are some from the late summer of 2024.
These Dishtowels are absorbent and very useful! They are 100% cotton, small waffle weave with microfiber to help them absorb water and dry faster.
These towels dry dishes (or anything), counters and hands effectively and softens with every washing. They are made to be used! They are tough and stay vibrant after using.
