Shipping and Handling Policy

We provide within the United States shipping only.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:

Transit time is 3-7 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Handling time is 3-5 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time will be 5.00pm (GMT) Grand Junction, Co

 

Delivery Terms:

We use USPS Shipping to deliver Prints, Stickers, Textiles and small paintings.

If you require a commission that includes a frame, we use UPS or FedEx.

SHIPPING COST AND TAX:

Stickers and Decals - Free

Anything below 15x18 Rigid Mailer - 5.00

Anything custom will be given a custom quote

All prices and figures are listed in USD dollars.

We Do Not Charge Any Membership.

We charge State and county Tax according do Colorado Sale Tax rules.

We do not charge tax on any services.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at assistant@lilycainstudio.com

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. assistant@lilycainstudio.com

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide a wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product. assistant@lilycainstudio.com

DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 10 business days.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. This will be sent in a confirmation email your order has been sent. If you cannot find one please contact assistant@lilycainstudio.com and we will provide it.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps. assistant@lilycainstudio.com
